JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager (PM) will oversee people management, delivery management, and resource management. PM must employ standard project management practices to oversee tasks, manage resources, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and with quality. In coordination with Onsite Leads from planning to execution, the PM will lead project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. The manager will also handle resource allocation, optimize team productivity, and ensuring the availability of skilled resources. This position requires people management, strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to successfully manage multiple projects and resources in a dynamic environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Profitability Management: Maintain continuous client profitability through configuration, out-of-scope project support, automation, process improvement, quality assurance, and support for team member growth and development.

• Performance Accountability: Partner with the BSM to drive accountability for team performance, manage client and BSA dashboards, oversee ongoing tickets, daily processing tasks, change management tickets, and case management for assigned clients.

• Project Monitoring: Proactively monitor and track multiple projects to mitigate potential risks related to timelines, resources, and quality.

• Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulations, including SOC1, across assigned clients.

• Resource Coordination: Coordinate with BSM and Implementation Managers (IMs) on project management, daily/ongoing task management, and resource allocation for assigned clients.

• Resource Utilization:Responsible for overall capacity management. Ensure resources are allocated appropriately based on task complexity, resource skill level, and growth opportunities. Drive utilization and process improvements to achieve productivity gains.

• Quality Management: Accountable for the overall quality of client configuration, test planning/testing, processing, and audit tasks. Provide quality oversight, guidance, and ensure adherence to Empyrean best practices and standards.

• Enterprise Initiative Management: Manage adherence to enterprise initiatives across assigned clients, including special projects and process improvements.

• Team Meetings Facilitation: Facilitate daily huddle meetings by leveraging experienced BSAs.

• Skills Development: Accountable for targeted BSA skills development by leveraging SME resources.

• Issue Resolution Support: Provide guidance and support for issue research, resolution, and root cause analysis.

• Process Adherence: Adhere to standard practices, performance metrics, and quality parameters.

• Ticket Management: Hold BSAs accountable for Jira/workflow management tool ticket updates, including ticket status, work effort, time tracking, and documentation.

• Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact for aligned Business Groups (BGs) and/or Shared Services on all delivery-related aspects.

• Feedback Monitoring: Adherence to escalation policy and communication in place. Monitor and address Feedback received, provide appropriate feedback to respective team members, and support their development to mitigate future issues.

• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
