About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead our Smart Facilities Projects, serving as the key bridge between our Project team and clients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical and managerial expertise in IoT-enabled systems such as water metering, LoRaWAN gateways, and pulse counters. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth communication, planning, coordination, and timely execution of all project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the project team and clients, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering surveys, resource allocation, and installation schedules.

Installation Oversight: Supervise and coordinate installation activities for water metering systems, LoRaWAN gateways, and pulse counters at client sites.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to project standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding engineering, procurement, and field techniciansto ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project status reports, progress summaries, and issue logs to senior management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend process enhancements and best practices to optimize future project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in smart facilities, IoT systems, utilities, or related Engineering/technology projects.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of water metering systems, LoRaWAN communication networks, and IoT-based monitoring solutions.

Project Management Skills: Proven track record in planning, scheduling, and executing multi-site installation projects.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for engaging with global teams and clients.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certifications preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
