  • Maintain a database of farmers, certification status, acreage, crop cycles, and contact points.
  • Bridge communication between field teams, warehouse, and sales for smooth produce flow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agri-Business / Rural Management
  • 1–5 years of experience in organic farmer engagement or FPO sourcing
  • Knowledge of organic certification systems is a must
  • Passion for sustainable farming and direct farm sourcing models
  • Fluent in regional languages.
  • Willing to travel extensively to rural farm locations
  • Basic reporting skills via Excel/Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
