About the Role

Artius Interior is seeking an experienced Project Manager Structural to lead and manage structural design and construction projects from concept to completion. The role demands strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end management of structural design and construction projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones; ensure on-time delivery.
  • Review and validate structural drawings, models, and calculations as per IS codes.
  • Coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, and procurement teams for project execution.
  • Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance through regular inspections.
  • Manage budgeting, cost estimation, risk mitigation, and change orders.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers and consultants.
  • Prepare technical proposals, tender documents, and contracts; evaluate vendor bids.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–12 years of experience in structural design/project management for building projects (residential, commercial, or institutional).
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, IS codes, and local building regulations.
  • Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, SAP2000, and Revit Structure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with high-rise or complex structures preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling.

Education

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering .
  • M.Tech or Project Management Certification preferred.
