About the Role
Expido AI is rapidly growing its intra-city logistics network, and we are hiring enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executives to onboard shopkeepers, small businesses, retailers, warehouses, and traders onto our platform.
This is a field marketing and sales job where you will represent Expido AI in marketplaces, business hubs, and commercial areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit shopkeepers, traders, wholesalers, and small businesses to explain the Expido AI delivery service.
- Onboard businesses by helping them install and register on the Expido AI app.
- Conduct canopy marketing in markets, malls, and high-footfall areas.
- Distribute pamphlets / flyers and generate walk-in or app-install leads.
- Engage in door-to-door business pitching to introduce our delivery solutions.
- Maintain daily visit records, lead sheets, and conversion updates.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with local business owners.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.
- Represent Expido AI brand with professionalism and confidence.

- Good communication & convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work / outdoor marketing
- Smartphone knowledge (for app demos)
- Ability to engage with local shopkeepers in Hindi or regional language
- High energy, confidence, and willingness to meet people
- Age: 18–40 years
