As a Data Ingest Engineer at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will be an integral part of the Ingestion team of the DRIFT data ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on ingesting data in a timely, complete, and comprehensive manner using the latest technology available to Citi. It is imperative that you leverage new and creative methods for repeatable data ingestion from various sources to ensure the highest quality data is delivered to downstream partners. - Partner with management teams to integrate functions effectively - Identify necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements - Resolve high impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business processes and industry standards - Provide expertise in applications programming - Ensure application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint - Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation - Analyze issues, develop innovative solutions, and mentor mid-level developers and analysts Qualifications Required: years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Proficiency in Application Development using JAVA, Scala, Spark - Familiarity with event-driven applications and streaming data - Experience with various schema, data types, ELT methodologies, and formats - Experience working with Agile and version control tool sets - Leadership skills and clear communication abilities NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
