- Should have hands-on experience in ecommerce experience with demonstrable track record of successful implementations, must have grocery implementation
- Proven experience with at least 2 cloud-based ecommerce platforms, (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Big Commerce, SAP Hybris).
- Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based ecommerce platforms, with preference for at least 2 cloud-based platform (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Big Commerce, SAP Hybris).
- Full implementation experience from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch optimization
- Grocery retail industry experience with understanding of unique operational challenges and requirements
- Headless commerce architecture design and implementation
- Order Management Systems configuration and customization
- Systems integration experience including APIs, middleware, and data synchronization
- Timeslot management and scheduling system implementation (is nice to have )Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)Understanding of microservices architecture and API-first design principles
- Certification in chosen ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify Plus, Commerce Tools, Magento)
- Experience with domain-specific technologies (POS systems, scale integration, loyalty programs)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for food retail is nice to have
- Experience with mobile commerce and progressive web applications Understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
