We are looking for a skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient budgeting, taxation, and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, RERA, Income Tax, TDS, and other regulations.
  • Handle project costing, profitability analysis, and cost control.
  • Manage audits, internal controls, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders for financial matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹150,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
