Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory through effective execution of product strategies.
  • Retail Chemist Channel Development:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists and key retail outlets across Ahmedabad. Ensure proper product placement and availability at the point of sale.
  • Team Handling:

    Manage and motivate a team of Sr. TSO/TSOs to ensure they achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Market Expansion:

    Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and expansion routes within Ahmedabad, especially Tier 2 & 3 cities.
  • Distributor Management:

    Appoint and manage distributors with an effective supply chain mechanism to ensure product availability across the region.
  • Promotional Activities:

    Execute trade promotions, sampling, schemes, and consumer awareness programs to drive secondary sales.
  • Competitor Analysis:

    Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and activities, and update the management with strategic inputs.
  • Reporting & MIS:

    Regularly update sales data, field activities, and market intelligence using company CRM or MIS tools.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    6-10 years in OTC sales within Ahmedabad territory handling chemist channel.
  • Industry Preference: OTC / FMCG / Skin Care (Retail Sales)
