Asst./Manager HR

Your will be responsible for all HR and Admin functions including but not limited to
- Working with the leadership/ business to make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of HR strategy and practices.
- Recruitment - Working with all recruitment channels including Employment portals, referrals, social media etc.
- Handling of day-to-day admin activities
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle - Onboarding to Exit
- Handling HRMS system, maintaining employee records. - Creating and administrating HR policies - ---Management of the Performance Management and support with payroll and benefits administration
- Creating and Implementing Employee Engagement Calendar
Candidates requirement
- You are self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and friendly.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have a high sense of ownership towards your work.
- You have an ability to engage and develop strong relationships with different stakeholders.
- You have willingness to get hands dirty and take on tasks which may include administrative and logistics planning at times.
