We are looking for a dedicated ACCA/CMA Student Advisor to guide prospective students, explain ACCA program details, support admissions, and ensure smooth enrollment. If you are good at communication and enjoy helping students plan their career path, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel and guide students on ACCA /CMA course structure, exams, fees, exemptions, and career opportunities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
  • Follow up with leads received from marketing, website, and social media.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable levels and modules based on their education background.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Provide end-to-end support until the student completes the enrollment process.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with ACCA program, finance courses, or academic counseling is a plus.
  • Good phone etiquette and ability to handle student queries patiently.
  • Laptop/desktop with stable internet connection (since it is WFH).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
