Role Overview:

As an HR Executive specializing in recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and securing top talent for key positions such as Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Interns. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    Source, evaluate, and recruit candidates for specialized roles within the EdTech sector.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to attract top talent.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
