Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Controller and Consolidation Manager
to join our Group Finance team. This pivotal role will oversee financial consolidation across our global subsidiaries and ensure accurate, timely reporting to the Group CFO. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in financial analysis and reporting, IFRS, consolidation processes, and financial controls (including risk management), with a proactive mindset and international experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with finance teams across
    8 international subsidiaries
    to gather, validate, and analyze financial data.
  2. Manage the
    group reporting system
    , ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities.
  3. Support
    budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    at the group level.
  4. Manage the
    monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
    of financial statements for the Group, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  5. Support the
    Group CFO
    in presenting results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  6. Prepare
    annual consolidated
    financial statements for the UK holding company
  7. Liaise with
    external auditors
    during the annual audit process.
  8. Develop and maintain
    internal controls
    and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  9. Drive continuous improvement in consolidation and reporting processes.
  10. Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  3. Minimum
    5–7 years of experience
    in financial analysis and consolidation, ideally in a multinational manufacturing or industrial group.
  4. Strong knowledge of
    IFRS
    and consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion, OneStream).
  5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
  7. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
