Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Result oriented finance head for acquired entity and ensure books are closed on a monthly basis and deliverables are submitted on a timely basis
  • Support publishing monthly MIS on a timely basis, financial data analysis, Variance analysis, budgeting and forecast
  • Support business, preparation of financial statements, expert knowledge in IND AS
  • Understanding of M&A and related documentations, Understanding of business models, PPA,
  • Post-acquisition requirements compliance, Driving Post-Merger Financial Integration, presentation to committee and various stakeholders
  • Payroll management and compliances
  • Knowledge and practical exposure for both PF, TDS, GST and other compliance requirements
  • Implement financial controls, Handle quarterly/annual audits
  • Control design and implementation, Process understanding, improvement and alignment
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Leadership capabilities in building and developing team, delivering results

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Experience in accounting, IND AS, book closure process, MIS, financial statements, audit, compliance etc
  • Good communication skills and Team player
  • Working with cross-functional teams, management and corporate team

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of various accounting tools. Understanding of Oracle will be an added advantage
  • Program management
  • Book keeping, accounting, AP, AR, Banking and Treasury operations, GL
