  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on:

  • NC / VMC / HMC machines (NTC, MAG, Heller)

  • Nagel Honing machines
  • Gearboxes, conveyors, presses, leak testers

  • Engine shop machinery

  • Maintain and repair:

  • Cutting tools, fixtures, and tightening tools

  • Powertrain system components

  • Troubleshoot and fix issues in:

  • Electrical circuits

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • AC/DC motors, servo systems

  • Siemens PLCs and control logic

  • Read and interpret:

  • Electrical schematics

  • Wiring diagrams
  • PLC ladder diagrams

  • Technical manuals

  • Handle Siemens control systems:

  • Troubleshooting

  • Backing up/restoring programs and parameters
