Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on VMC, CNC, HMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with powertrain, gear box, mechatronics, and other equipment.
  • Conduct leak testing and wiring diagram analysis to identify faults.
  • Utilize Siemens PLC, Ladderlogic, Nagel software for programming and control.
  • Experienced in Electrical Maintenance of Cutting Tools, Fixtures, Tightening tools, VMC & HMC machines of NTC, MAG, Heller and Nagel Honing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in electrical and mechanical engineering or related field.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in Vmc Maintenance, CNC Maintenance, Hmc Maintenance, MAG, NTC, Fixtures, Powertrain, Gear Box, Mechatronics, Mechanical Maintenance.
  • Shall have good knowledge in Spindle problems (bearings, run-out), ball screw issues, backlash, axis alignment, tool changers, chucks/fixturing, vibration, and general wear and tear.
  • Shall have good knowledge in reading Ladder logics, Monitoring PLC I/Os especially in Siemens PLC
