Key Responsibilties

·      Develop and execute the business development strategy for residential and commercial rooftop markets.

·      Identify and generate leads through market research, partnerships, and networking and work on inbound deals too

·      Drive end-to-end sales processes: initial meetings, proposals, negotiation, and final cosure with senior team

·      Manage pipeline and reporting through CRM tools.

·      Make strategic partnerships with RWAs, developers, architects, and consultants.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

·      Represent TrueSun at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

·      Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

· years in solar sales or business development (rooftop/distributed preferred)

·      Proven track record of closing 100kW+ rooftop projects

·      Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

·      Strong industry network and channel partner connections

·      Familiarity with CRM tools and solar sector regulations
