Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will develop and execute digital strategies to increase brand visibility, engage target audiences, and generate quality leads. The role demands a mix of creativity, hands-on execution, data-driven thinking, and an interest in finance, capital markets, and B2B storytelling.


Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and audience needs.


• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.


• Create and manage social media content, especially for LinkedIn, to build credibility and trust.


• Design high-impact visuals using Canva (posts, ads, decks, landing pages).


• Manage email marketing campaigns


• Track, analyze, and report performance across all platforms with clear KPIs.


• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outreach to promoters, founders, and SMEs.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned execution.


• Stay updated on trends in finance, IPOs, AI, and digital marketing.


Qualifications & Skills


• MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field OR certification in Digital Marketing.


• 1–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.


• Proficiency in tools like Social media, Ads, Google Analytics, AI and Canva.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, B2B focused environment.


• Experience in the finance or capital markets industry is a strong plus.
