Project Specific Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing Project Quality Plan and executing periodic QA Reviews on the Project to determine Compliance Level with Project Quality Requirements (Client/Company Quality Management System) in consultation with EPM.
  • Responsible for planning and performing QA Training Awareness sessions/Workshops to Project team members including new members on relevant Project QA Requirements in consultation with EPM & Leads.
  • Responsible for QA review on all Piping, Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation activities, mainly Document Preparation, checking, Review and approval, change management, Technical Document Management.
  • Responsible for generating Records and Reporting Project QA Review findings and data analysis to EPM and QA Manager.
  • Responsible for Coordination, Follow-up to ensure closure of all QA Review findings by relevant Project Team members.

Corporate QA Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparing Audit Plan, Conduct Audits and preparation of Audit reports.
  • Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as Quality Manuals, Work Procedures, Annual Audit plan, Master list of documents, Audit Question Bank etc.
  • Preparation of the Management Review Meeting records by gathering all input and relevant data.
  • Perform Periodic Analysis on performance of Departmental KPIs/Objectives.
  • Assist in maintaining Company's Quality certifications.
  • Coordination and follow ups on closure of all Audit related NCs, Corrective Actions, Preventive actions and observations.
  • Training employees on the Company QMS as assigned.
  • Review Process or Project non-conformances and recommend remedial actions including but not limited to modifications of processes, QA standards where warranted.
