Role Overview As a Placement Manager, you will be the bridge between talented learners and top recruiters.

You'll play a key role in ensuring every student who completes our training lands in the right career path — confident, prepared, and job-ready.

• Key Responsibilities Counsel & Guide: Help students identify the right career path and align their goals with real job opportunities.
• Prepare & Empower: Conduct mock interviews, communication sessions, and confidence-building activities to make students industry-ready.
• Connect & Place: Ensure 100% placement support by connecting learners to verified job openings.
• Collaborate: Work with Trainers, Counselors, and Centre Managers to understand student strengths and match them to job roles.
• Build Corporate Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and partner companies.
• Track Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets and share reports with management.
• Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Centre Managers, Trainers, and the Central Placement Team to drive results.
• Share daily, weekly, and monthly placement updates with the management team.

Who Can Apply? We're looking for someone who is:

• A Graduate (any discipline) with 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or CSR job drives.
• A strong communicator with excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, target-driven, and passionate about student success.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
