Placement Coordinator Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary: The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of student placements and internships. This role involves building relationships with industry partners, organizing recruitment drives, preparing students for placement processes, and tracking placement outcomes to ensure successful employment opportunities for graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Engagement:

Establish and maintain relationships with companies for campus recruitment and internships.

Identify new placement opportunities and expand the employer network.

Coordinate with recruiters for scheduling campus drives, interviews, and preplacement talks.

Student Preparation:

Organize training programs for aptitude, soft skills, group discussions, and interview techniques.

Guide and mentor students on resume building, career planning, and job search strategies. Maintain a database of student profiles and ensure up-to-date records for placements.

Placement Activities:

Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and internship programs.

Coordinate logistics and hospitality for visiting recruiters.

Track placement statistics and prepare regular reports for management.

Collaboration & Communication:

Serve as the liaison between students, faculty, and employers.

Work closely with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.

Communicate placement schedules and updates through internal platforms and notices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹150,000.00 per month
