Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our growing engineering team. As

a team lead, you will drive the development of modern, responsive web applications, set coding standards, and

mentor a team of frontend developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user

experiences.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and enforce best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficient in JavaScript (client & server-side), HTML5, CSS3, and Webpack.
  • Strong hands-on experience with and , Angular
  • Solid understanding of Redux for state management.
  • Experience with universal rendering (client-side and server-side).
  • Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Familiarity with writing automated unit and functional tests.
  • Good understanding of algorithms, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
