Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Vendor Management

- Development and commercial know-how of Mechanical Proprietary Components like - Complete Engine Assy, Wheel Rims, Tyres, Engine Exhaust After Treatment System, Sintering Products (like Bushes, Valve Seats, Tone Wheel) , Oil Seal, O-rings, Air Cleaner, Hydraulic Valves, Pump, Locks etc

- Technically sound in manufacturing processes of mentioned commodities

- New projects Tooling/Capex estimation

- Capacity evaluation of suppliers

- Floating RFQ, Quote Synthesis, Technical Synthesis closures, DVP closures with suppliers/R&D

- Should have good knowledge of vendor database

2. Quality Improvement

-  Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement

- Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements

- Co-ordination with SQA team for sample//APQP/PPAP closures

- Assessment for new suppliers
