Proficient Gen AI Developers

We're looking for an Gen
AI Developers
with hands-on experience in
building and deploying GenAI RAG and Agentic solutions
.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on at least
    one GenAI or RAG project
    for a global customer
  • Practical knowledge of
    Agentic AI design
    using frameworks such as
    LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
  • Experience working with
    open-source large language models
    (e.g.,
    LLaMA
    , Mistral, Falcon) and adapting them for enterprise use
  • Understanding of
    LLM application architecture
    , function/tool calling, and memory management
  • Exposure to
    deployment of GenAI solutions
    on
    public or private clouds
    , including
    LLM hosting and scaling
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to convert ideas into production-ready intelligent systems

Experience: 2+ years

Lead Data Scientists

We're seeking a
Senior Data Scientist
to lead advanced analytical and ML initiatives that directly impact enterprise operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in
    statistical modeling, regression, clustering, and time-series forecasting
  • Proven implementation experience in
    machine learning and NLP solutions
    for real-world business challenges
  • Skilled in
    data wrangling, feature engineering, and model optimization
    across large datasets
  • Experience deriving actionable insights and communicating outcomes to business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with
    big-data ecosystems
    (Spark, SQL) and
    cloud analytics platforms
  • Hands-on approach to experimentation, validation, and performance tuning of ML models
