We're Hiring: Senior Software Engineer / Technology Lead – Backend (.NET/SQL)
Mangalore | Work From Office
Experience: 4–6 years
work timings: 9:30AM IST - 6:30PM IST
We're looking for a strong Backend Engineer/Tech Lead to join our team and drive development across our POS, web, and automation platforms (FEC, F&B, Parks).
What You'll Do
- Lead & mentor a small backend team
- Build and enhance backend services & APIs using .NET (C#) and T-SQL
- Own feature development and improvements for core platforms
- Analyse and improve legacy .NET & SQL codebases
- Support production issues with strong debugging skills
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, product & client teams
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API
- Strong T-SQL skills (queries, SPs, optimization)
- Ability to understand complex legacy systems
- Problem-solving mindset & hands-on leadership
- Experience mentoring or leading is a plus
- Open to strong programmers willing to work in .NET
