  • A Business Development Executive (BDE) in Lucknow dealing with Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in these segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PL, BL, HL, and LAP through field visits, networking, cold calls, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, referral partners, and local agents for both fresh lead generation and repeat business.
  • Present and explain loan product benefits, guide clients through the documentation and application process and resolve their queries for a seamless experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the loan portfolio, and update management with business development reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance) for fast loan approvals and timely disbursals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product features to effectively position offerings in the local financial landscape.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline, with 1–4 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or NBFC roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong target orientation and ability to operate independently in the field.
  • Good understanding of loan product documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, lead management, and CRM tools.

Work Environment & Compensation

  • Full-time and permanent roles in Lucknow's banks, NBFCs, or loan consultancies.
