  • Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
  • Utilize Playwright and TypeScript to automate testing processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze test results providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies and tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in quality engineering.
  • Facilitate effective communication between development and quality assurance teams to streamline processes.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative testing solutions to enhance product reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure and improve performance. -Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript essential for automating testing processes.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Have experience in Program Management which is beneficial for coordinating complex projects.
  • Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
