We are currently hiring Tele caller for one of our client.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Language : English/Hindi + Any one language TELUGU, KANNADA, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele caller with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of collections processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding overdue payments, advising on payment options, and supporting the overall call center operations (both inbound and outbound). Additionally, this role involves data handling, report generation, and troubleshooting related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate collection calls to customers with overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of dues.
  • Counsel and advise customers on payment options and resolve queries empathetically and professionally.
  • Understand and manage the complete collection calling lifecycle.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound call center operations.
  • Communicate effectively in English, Hindi (including North Hindi dialects), and South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam).
  • Address and resolve any issues related to data reporting tools and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection and communication activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience.
