This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven search and personalization products for e-commerce platforms. You will define the product roadmap, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of impactful features that enhance the customer journey. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Science, R&D, and Customer Success to translate insights into measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for analyzing data, prioritizing initiatives, and supporting go-to-market efforts while maintaining a customer-first perspective. Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Search product roadmap, focusing on ranking, relevance, and data quality.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise in AI search technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), vector search, personalization, and ranking models.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the product stack.
  • Scope, sequence, and prioritize projects to ensure timely, high-impact delivery.
  • Conduct research with Data Science teams to identify problem areas and inform data-driven feature development.
  • Support A/B testing, analyze results, and integrate insights to optimize search performance.
  • Deliver roadmap overviews, updates, and escalation support to enterprise clients, partnering with Customer Success and Product Marketing for effective go-to-market execution.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience at the intersection of Search, E-commerce, and AI/ML technologies (LLMs, vector search, personalization, keyword search, ML ranking models, data enrichment).
  • 1–3 years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience with a track record of launching impactful features.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and business impacts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and managing complex product initiatives.
  • Growth mindset with high ownership and accountability, comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • Balanced entrepreneurial resourcefulness with structured process implementation.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in analyzing customer behavior, metrics, and experiment results.
