- Weekly health coaching sessions
- Quarterly diagnostic reviews
Were now expanding our clinical team to bring on a full-time Endocrinologist whos passionate about using medical innovation to transform how India manages obesity and metabolic disorders.
Role Overview:
As an Endocrinologist at MetaGo Health, youll be responsible for delivering world-class virtual care to our patients. You will lead monthly teleconsultations, guide patients through their GLP-1 therapy journey, monitor progress, and provide on-call medical
support when needed. Youll also collaborate with our health coaches, clinical team, and product team to improve patient experience and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly virtual consultations with MetaGo Health patients undergoing GLP-1based therapy.
- Evaluate patients metabolic and weight management progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide on-call medical support for therapy-related queries or mild side effects.
- Review diagnostic and metabolic reports, integrating findings into treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with health coaches and program managers to ensure a holistic and coordinated patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Support the development of clinical protocols, prescribing frameworks, and safety guidelines for GLP-1 therapy.
- Participate in internal clinical discussions, case reviews, and training sessions to ensure consistent quality of care.
What Were Looking For:
- MBBS + MD (Endocrinology) or DM (Endocrinology) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 12 years of clinical experience, ideally in metabolic health, obesity, or endocrinology practice.
- Hands-on experience managing patients on GLP-1 receptor agonists such as semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy/Rybelsus) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with obesity pharmacotherapy, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome management.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with telemedicine platforms and digital health tools.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong clinical judgment.
