Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Executive plays a key role in understanding customer needs and ensuring seamless coordination between the marketing and sales teams. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for nurturing leads, providing project information, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from prospective customers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer details.
  • Explain project features, pricing, and location benefits to interested customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure engagement until conversion.
  • Share marketing materials, brochures, and project details with clients.
  • Support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • • 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (Real Estate experience is an advantage).
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
  • • Strong convincing ability and interpersonal communication skills.
  • • Good understanding of real estate sales and customer buying behavior.
  • • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
