The selected candidates also need to do technical writing, proposal aggregation, bid management & content editing.Experience: 3 to 5 yearsQualification: BE / B.Tech / MBAJob Profile- Work with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and built opportunity from scratch- Conceptualizing solution and representation through power point.- Ownership of the overall delivery of proposals ensuring on time, quality and 100% compliance.- Define and ensure implementation of achievable bid plans including schedule, resource and budget requirements.- Ensure adherence to company's processes and procedures.- Interface with internal teams, SME and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids including price negotiation.- Client representation and product/solution demonstration.- Analyzing the competitiveness of bid pricing and providing benchmarking data.- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.- Guide team to improve upon their skill and ensure quality and ontime deliverables.- Conduct internal sessions on best practices.- Provide support to cross (HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS) functional teams when needed.- Ensure 100% repository update and MIS compliance of entire team.Candidate Profile- Proven experience as an IT Presales profile or in a similar role.- Should have experience in handling International clients(US/Middle-East Africa).- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives.- In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing, Tender Participation, Bid Management, RFP, RFI.- Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.- Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.- Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
