Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in HR Recruitment

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Publish job ads on various hiring platforms and social media.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual/face-to-face interviews to assess candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Manage internal referrals and external agency coordination (if applicable).
  • Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of hiring tools, job portals & social media recruitment
  • Strong screening and evaluation abilities
  • Organized and target-oriented personality
  • Prior experience in IT or Software recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
