Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Placement Manager role located on-site in Bengaluru . The Assistant Placement Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating placement activities, liaising with potential employers, preparing students for interviews, and tracking placement records. The role also involves organizing job fairs, maintaining relationships with industry partners, and ensuring high placement rates for the students.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing placement activities and relationships with employers
- Knowledge of job market trends and employer needs across various sectors
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in using job portals and other recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
