A fast-growing IT services and enterprise software solutions provider focused on secure digital workflows and governance, risk & compliance (GRC) automation for large enterprises. We deliver ServiceNow-driven programs that streamline policy, risk, audit, and vendor-risk processes to improve control posture and regulatory readiness.

We are hiring an on-site ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Developer based in India to design, configure, and extend the ServiceNow GRC suite across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk) to meet business requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop server- and client-side code (GlideScript/JavaScript) including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions and Workflows to automate GRC processes.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and scripted APIs for evidence collection, issue remediation and CMDB synchronization.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards and performance analytics to track risk metrics, compliance posture and remediation SLAs for stakeholders and auditors.
  • Lead unit testing, UAT support, release activities and post-deployment troubleshooting; document design decisions, runbooks and test cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders—GRC owners, security, ITSM, and vendors—providing technical guidance, gap analysis and implementation timelines for GRC initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience with at least 1–2 full lifecycle GRC implementations.
  • Strong GlideScript / JavaScript skills and proven experience writing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and familiarity with CMDB/ITSM concepts.
  • Solid understanding of governance and compliance processes (policy lifecycle, risk assessment, audit management, vendor risk).

Preferred

  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS-GRC, CSA, or equivalent) and experience with ServiceNow upgrade/patch cycles.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR) and experience building evidence collection and remediation workflows.
