Soft Service Executive

We are hiring a Soft Service Executive to manage daily facility operations, including housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, pest control and frontoffice services. The role ensures high service standards, smooth site operations, strong vendor performance and excellent client satisfaction through effective supervision, monitoring and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Oversee daytoday soft services (housekeeping, security, pest control, pantry, reception, mailroom, landscaping) to meet quality standards and contractual KPIs.
- Vendor & Staff Management: Supervise vendor teams and inhouse staff; manage rosters, training, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Client & Customer Experience: Address complaints promptly, support client visits, manage meeting room coordination, and ensure a professional environment.
- Inventory & Procurement: Track and maintain consumables (cleaning materials, pantry stock); coordinate replenishment with vendors and suppliers.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare MIS reports, track SLAs, verify vendor invoices, and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct site inspections, implement best practices, support budget management, and drive continuous improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred; Hotel Management or Facility Management background is a plus.
- Experience: Experience in soft services management, vendor coordination, client interfacing and helpdesk operations.
- Skills: Good communication, organization, problemsolving and customer service.
