Job Description:

Bobby Mukherrji Architects, a prestigious architectural firm in Mumbai, is seeking skilled and experienced Architect with 3 to 7 years of professional expertise. The ideal candidate should be experienced in luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D rendering software's. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion with strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with team members, clients, consultants, contractors.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a reputed University/Institution/College.

· 3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.

· A robust portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite and 3D Modelling + Rendering Software.

· Excellent project management and communication skills.

· Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;

· Must have Knowledge in Landscape, Lighting Design, MEP, Structure, and Civil Works.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions.

· Manage and oversee projects from design through to completion.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant Authority regulations and standards.
