**Job Title**: Architect
**Location**:Santacruz, Mumbai

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior Architect will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to construction administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to construction documentation.
- Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any design or construction issues.
- Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
