Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented PCB Design Engineer to join our electronics R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating schematic diagrams, designing multi-layer PCBs, and ensuring the manufacturability and performance of electronic circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schematic Design: Develop and review schematic diagrams based on circuit requirements.
  • PCB Layout: Design and optimize multi-layer PCBs using tools such as Allegro
  • Signal and Power Integrity: Ensure optimal design for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Component Selection: Identify and validate components for design suitability and availability.
  • Design Documentation: Generate and maintain design documentation, including BOMs, Gerber files, and fabrication notes.
  • Testing and Validation: Collaborate with testing teams to validate PCB designs and resolve design issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, software, and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manufacturing Support: Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve DFM (Design for Manufacturability) issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools like Allegro
  • Knowledge of high-speed design, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management.
  • Understanding of IPC standards for PCB design.
  • Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in schematic design and PCB layout.
  • Familiarity with design considerations for manufacturability and testing.
  • Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
