Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage document verification process for new hires, including collecting necessary documents and ensuring accuracy of information.
- Conduct background screenings and employee verifications to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including induction programs and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely completion of HR operations tasks such as file processing and MIS updates.
- Provide support in resolving any issues related to document checking, scanning, or collection.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BGV (Background Verification) or similar role.
- Strong understanding of document verification procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
