1. Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with safety audits, PPE usage, and work permit systems.
  • Regularly monitor work at height, welding, gas cutting, and material handling operations.

2. Risk Assessment & Control

  • Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and identify potential hazards at fabrication and erection sites.
  • Develop and implement control measures to reduce risk.
  • Ensure Lifting Tools & Tackles, Cranes, and Scaffolds are inspected and certified.

3. Training & Awareness

  • Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Induction for new workers, and monthly safety training programs.
  • Promote a "Zero Accident" culture among all workers and supervisors.

4. Incident Investigation

  • Report and investigate all accidents, near misses, and unsafe acts.

5. Fire & Emergency Management

  • Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, hoses, and emergency exits.
  • Conduct mock drills and first aid training.
  • Coordinate with external emergency services when required.

6. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain EHS records, safety checklists, and compliance reports.
  • Submit monthly safety performance reports to management.
