Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations across the AI-driven body shop, robotic paint shop, and battery assembly line.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments for automated and high-voltage equipment.
  • Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems for maintenance and high-risk operations.
  • Lead incident investigations and develop corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Organize safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation including SOPs, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and HR teams to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Monitor and enforce use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with external agencies and ensure adherence to local, state, and national safety norms.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc.) or Diploma in Engineering, along with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) or Post Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS).
