Realestate Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to increase property sales.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage lead follow-ups, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures.
- Keep track of market trends and competitors to find new business opportunities.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to run promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of sales data and ensure regular follow-ups with clients.
- Share sales performance reports and updates with management.
- Train and support sales executives to improve their performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling queries and resolving issues quickly.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferable Candidates:
- Candidates with 23 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the property market, client handling, and sales negotiation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Should be goal-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals.
- Candidates with a background in real estate, construction, or financial services will be preferred.
- Qualification: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
