Timings - Part-time. 4 hours. Monday to Saturday.

Location: Matunga West, Mumbai

Compensation - Rs. 5,000/- as stipend and upto Rs. 1,500/- as travel allowance.

Company Description

Axentra OS is a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline Shopify store operations through an intelligent, all-in-one operating system. Offering tools for order management, customer accounts, subscriptions, CRM, and more, Axentra OS empowers e-commerce merchants with seamless workflows and automated processes.

Also, since we are a B2B company, overall interest in the e-commerce industry and various sectors such as fashion, cosmetics, electronics, jewellery, home decor, healthcare, sports, fitness, etc will help since we hire mostly from the retail and tech industries.

Responsibilities:

Bring a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude to work

● Source prospective candidates through LinkedIn job posts

● Promote job openings on social media, job boards and internally

● Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews

● Enter candidate and employee data, manage & update as required to assist the founders and core team in prioritizing tasks, making calls, scheduling meetings, and managing the daily calendar.

● Manage all HR-related admin matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.

● A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently

● Strong attention to detail

● Must be proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team

● Reliable, driven and results-oriented

● Integrity, discretion, and ethical behavior in all work situations
