To provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to a designated student during the school day, helping them access the IB curriculum, participate in class activities, and develop independence in an inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the student during lessons, transitions, and school routines.
  • Reinforce teacher instructions and assist with focus, task completion, and behavior.
  • Encourage the student's independence and social interaction.
  • Collaborate with the classroom teacher and SEN coordinator to implement support strategies.
  • Provide daily feedback on progress and challenges.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow school inclusion policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with learning or behavioral needs.
  • Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
