Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one support to assigned student during classroom activities.
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or learning support strategies as advised by the SEN counsellor.
- Promote the student's independence, confidence, and participation in school life while minimizing reliance on adult support.
- Assist in classroom behavior management and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and document the student progress, challenges, and achievements regularly.
- Communicate with parents/guardians and school staff to share updates and contribute to collaborative decision-making.
- Attend meetings, professional development, and training sessions related to inclusive education and IB practices.
- Support the student in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and positive peer relationships.

Pay: ₹10,285.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
