Role & responsibilities

  1. Manage and resolve operational tickets by communicating effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
  2. Act as a liaison between the ground operations team and external stakeholders to ensure timely ticket resolution.
  3. Maintain and update operational data using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  4. Perform basic data sorting, filtering, and analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  5. Assist in process improvement initiatives and support the Business Excellence team with daily operational tasks.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  3. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, with a solid grasp of formulas, filtering, and sorting.
  4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work full-time from the office.
  6. Quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
