Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Electrical Engineer to join our Sales and Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, generating leads, and driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise: Possess knowledge of electrical testing of HT & LT motors, CT & PT's usage in industry, and Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) technology.

  2. Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations to customers, providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.

  3. Post-Sale Support: Offer post-sale technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical issues.

  4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various marketing campaigns, traveling to visit potential clients, and establishing new relationships with customers.

  5. Sales and Negotiation: Persuade clients that our products or services will best satisfy their needs, negotiate and close sales, and agree on terms and conditions.

  6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, recording and maintaining client contact data, and maximizing client potential in designated regions.

  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as design, production, engineering, or research and development, to determine how products and services can be tailored to meet customer needs.

  8. Installation and Commissioning: Learn and perform installation and commissioning of MCSA systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical testing, CT & PT's, and MCSA technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Willingness to travel frequently to attend sites and meetings
  • 2-wheeler and driving license required
  • Team-working ability and strong relationship-building skills
  • Solid technical background and ability to learn quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
