Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as Master for ASD TUG Vessels. The Master will be responsible for the safe navigation and management of the vessel in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include overseeing vessel operations, maintaining safety standards, managing crew activities, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring optimal vessel performance and compliance. This role also involves conducting inspections and addressing operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in vessel navigation, ship handling, and safety management
  • Experience managing and supervising crew operations effectively
  • Thorough knowledge of marine regulations, safety practices, and compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage onboard challenges
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate operations
  • Relevant certifications and licenses for Master of ASD TUG Vessels
  • Previous experience with ASD TUG operations is a significant advantage
  • Ability to adapt to challenging maritime environments and make sound decisions under pressure
