Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Service Scheduling & Dispatching:
- Coordinate and schedule service and maintenance activities for elevator components.
- Dispatch service technicians based on priority, location, and skill set.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and report follow-up actions.
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding service issues, complaints, or inquiries.
- Maintain strong communication with clients on service progress and resolution timelines.
- Build relationships with key accounts for consistent service experience.
- Spare Parts Management:
- Track availability and movement of spare parts for elevator components.
- Liaise with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records related to service operations.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of all service requests, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Generate service performance reports and downtime analysis.
- Assist in warranty claims and documentation for defective components.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical coordination between customers and field technicians.
- Support technicians with manuals, drawings, or component specifications when required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering or R&D team.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to safety standards during service work.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹23,934.10 per month
